Services provided: 
    ·        Well-child exams including IMMUNIZATIONS (up to age 18)
    ·        Day care/school/sports/camp physicals
    ·        Pre-employment exams including TB skin testing
    ·        General exam for adults
    ·        Blood pressure checks
    ·        Screening for cholesterol, blood glucose, anemia, STD, Strep throat
    ·        Urinalysis, Pregnancy Test
    ·        Vision and hearing screen
    ·        Other diagnostic tests, as needed
    ·        Flu shots
    ·        Free medications (based on
                availability in formulary)
  

Services NOT provided: 
    ·        Prenatal care; PAP smear
    ·        Psychiatric counseling
    ·        Immigration physicals
    ·        Prescribing any controlled medications & "leisure" drugs like VIAGRA or PROPECIA
    ·        Prescribing  “leisure” meds like VIAGRA or PROPECIA
    ·        Weight loss programs
    ·        Workmen's comp exams
